General terms and conditions

Before availing of online trading services, the Client shall complete the registration process as may be prescribed from time to time. The Client shall follow the instruction given in the website for registering himself as a client. The Client also acknowledges that employees of KJPL are not authorized to give any advice and that the Client will not solicit or rely upon any such advice from KJPL or any of its employees.

Data feed

Live prices obtained from various sources are believed to be reliable, but we do not guarantee their accuracy. Our gold & silver price data are provided without warranty or claim of reliability. It is accepted by the site visitor on the condition that errors or omissions shall not be made the basis for any claim, demand or cause for action. KJPL is not responsible for any technical failure or malfunctioning of the software or delays of any kind.

Trade Timings & Delivery:

• Trading timings 10:30 to 23:00 IST.
• Payment and Delivery terms are as in practice.
• Delivery has to be taken on T+2 days. If any delays in delivery interest would be charged for the delay period and in T+4 days the position would be squared off and the decision taken by the company would be final.
• All Limit Orders placed by customers which are not executed after market close will be expired by the end of the day.
• Limit orders once placed would not be allowed to cancel / modify when difference for Gold is Rs 2 between the Order price and CMP / Live Price and Rs 100 for silver between Order price and CMP / Live Price.

Registration

• A valid mobile number And Email ID is needed for registering with KJPL website & App.
• YOUR ACCOUNT WOULD BE ACTIVATED ONLY AFTER YOUR KYC IS VERIFIED BY BACK OFFICE.
• Clients will be notified via SMS and email for account activation.
• KJPL MAY TERMINATE YOUR ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME WITH OR WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

Security precaution and password

KJPL will provide the client with a username and a trading password which will enable him to avail of the facilities of Online Booking through the KJPL website & App. All terms regarding the use, reset and modification of such password shall be governed by information on the website. The Client shall be responsible for keeping the Username and Password confidential and secure and shall be solely responsible for all orders entered and transactions done through KJPL website & App using the Client’s Username and/or Password whether or not such person was authorised to do so. The Client agrees that he shall be fully liable and responsible for any and all unauthorised use and misuse of his Password and/or Username and also for any and all acts done by any person through KJPL website & App on the Client’s Username in any manner whatsoever.

Orders & Limits

All orders for purchase and other instructions routed through KJPL website & App via the Client’s Username shall be deemed to have been given by the Client. KJPL may from time to time impose and vary limits on the orders which the Client can place through KJPL website & App. The Client is aware and agrees that KJPL may need to vary or reduce the limits or impose new limits urgently on the basis of the KJPL’s risk perception and other factors considered relevant by KJPL, and KJPL may be unable to inform the Client of such variation, reduction or imposition in advance. The Client agrees that KJPL shall not be responsible for such variation, reduction or imposition or the Client’s inability to route any order through KJPL Website & App on account of any such variation, reduction or imposition of limits. The Client understands and agrees that KJPL may at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, prohibit or restrict the Client’s ability to place orders.

In case of a market order, the Client agrees that he will receive the price at which his order is executed by the KJPL’s computer system and such price may be different from the price at which the security is trading when his order is entered into KJPL’s Website and App.
